For the Speyside Single Malt Scotch 43y we were able to win none other than Charles Fazzino for the design of the label. The exceptional American artist, who is currently one of the greatest artists in the contemporary pop art scene, knows better than anyone else how to win the hearts of all critics and collectors with his 3D pop art.
For the 43-year-old single malt from 1974, Charles Fazzino chose an urban motif that depicts life in the Big Apple in a colorful and opulent way.
The single malt surprises on the nose primarily with subtle hints of furniture polish, old cigars, cedar wood and dried fruit and opens further with honey-sweet and slightly medicinal aromas.
A wonderfully smooth whiskey that shows notes of blood orange, pink grapefruit and guava on the palate and shows both spicy and woody-sweet aromas in the finish. This mature whiskey is bold and far from tired.
